All customer that arrive to ChurchGiftStore.com will earn funds for the Partner banner they used to access ChurchGiftStore.com from. By using the Partners banner a cookie will be saved on the customers computer. Cookies must be allowed form ChurchGiftStore.com for the Partner to be credited for the sale. ChurchGiftStore.com is not responsible for lose do to customer or ChurchGiftStore.com servers not recognizing the Partner account. If you think there is a problem please contact ChurchGiftStore.com right away and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If there is no Partner for a sale ChurchGiftStore.com has discretion to share the sale contrition with any organization ChurchGiftStore.com sees fit. Funds will be sent buy check on a quarterly bases 30 days after purchase. If there is a refund after the contribution is made to the Partner organization the contributoin ammount will be deducted from the return price minus any fees.
30-Day Return Policy
Our 30-Day return policy allowes you to return any item without personalization in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange.
Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way - including return shipping damage - cannot be accepted for return. Personalized items and closeout products may not be returned. Shipping and gift wrapping will not be refunded and you will be responsible for our actual outbound shipping and handling charges - even if your order qualified for free shipping.
Returns without a ChurchGiftStore.com return authorization form, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be subject to restocking fees of 20%.
How To Prepare A Return
To return a item to ChurchGiftStore.com, follow our simple process:

Contact us and you will be emailed a Return Authorization Form Please be sure to include your original order number. Fill out the form completely. Forms not filled out will result in a delay of the return process. We will respond to your returns request via email within 2 business days. Returns must have a return authorization form. Returns made without the authorization form will be subject to a 20% restocking and return fee.- Package Your Return. Include the completed Return Authorization Form, all original packaging and any certificates of Authenticity. Returns made without the Return Authorization Form could be delayed and will be subject to a 20% return and restocking fee.
- Insure Your Package. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*

We must receive your returned items within 30 days of the original shipping date. We issue refunds in the form of payment used for the original purchase. If we receive your item after 30 days of the date of shipping, a refund will not be issued.
Product Availability
We do our best in keeping all products available. We cannot guarantee product availability and items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation the customers will be notified and their credit card will be adjusted accordingly.
Typographical Errors
We strive to make every piece of information as accurately as we could. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
